The sole reason why businesses fail in Nigeria is lack of leadership. Business leaders in Nigeria are sometimes incompetent, not tested and therefore not trusted. Many people rise to positions in the business world not because of merit and hard work but because of connections. There is  the problem of lack of integrity where board members share the company's profit amongst themselves instead of channeling it to further grow the business. There is also another problem of taking huge loans from banks without a well thought out process of how to pay back or even completely mismanaging the funds. Arik air is owing large sums of money and so is Etisalat... A lot of employees depend on these businesses for their livelihood. Why don't they think of the impact on the economy before allowing greed and selfishness take over. This is really disheartening .

Nigerian lawyers are not brilliant so much so that any complexity in a case they are handling leaves them confused and defeated. Nigerian judges are archaic not knowing what a landmark judgement is. The Nigerian police is traditional preferring to respect high ranking members of society even when they have cases to answer. The result is an unreliable justice system that cannot take care of the demands of the nation. What sort of proof do Nigerian judges expect to see when it's not as if the police were recording the process when the crime was being committed? Girls are often advised by their parents, society and the church to keep their virginity till marriage which is supposed to be a good thing actually. The problem with this advice is that a lot of people who heed it cannot tell the difference between being a virgin and being frigid.So they carry their virginity into marriage and become frigid afterwards. It is completely normal for any human being to get sick from time to time. It is a reminder that we are mortals’. Mr. President is a mortal who can be sick at a split of seconds; he is not a super human.  However, I think why his health condition is becoming a national debate to some sorts is because of the kind of system of government we run. Nigeria is a very rich country in terms of its GDP and by the volume of trade transactions that flows from the country every year but in terms of per capita income, Nigeria remains one of the poorest nations on earth.This is why sometimes; there could be huge economic growth with no development and lack of job creation. The recent action by the Enugu State House of Assembly to declare an emergency action on the Enugu Electricity Distribution Company is a step in the right direction. The legislators have shown that they are true representative of the people; this is unlike the situation in Imo State where members of the House of Assembly are busy romancing with the executive arm of government, thus neglecting their primary functions. Since the beginning of this year, the electricity bill from the EEDC has continued to double every month with no appreciable improvement in power supply.  For example as at December last year, my bill was around N2, 000, by January it increased to around N4, 000 and before I knew what was happening, it came to N8, 000 by February 2017.  This is coupled with a reduction in power supply.
