THE STRENGTH OF THE VIRTUOUS WOMAN

A lot of married women complain. They find it difficult to combine marriage and a job.
I heard someone say that a working married woman who is at the same time taking care of her home is working two full time jobs and it is true. You are not allowed to kill yourself because you want to be like the proverbs 31 woman.

The secret of the the virtuous woman is her wisdom. Achieving balance requires wisdom. Since you cannot do everything yourself, you are allowed to have a help. The virtuous woman of proverbs 31 had servant girls. You are allowed to delegate just don't delegate important things. The bible records that the virtuous woman of proverbs 31riseth up while it is yet dark and provideth meat for her household yea and even a portion for her servant girls.
She was an industrious woman yet she was doing the cooking for her entire household. Delegate responsibility but dont delegate away your marriage. Don't delegate important and critical things. Do those yourself and let the help do every other thing.

By doing that you would have reduced your workload and be free to enjoy the rest of your life and marriage. Also remember, the book of the proverbs is a book on wisdom. The proverbs 31 woman was an extremely wise woman. She was a woman who was very close to God. Her strength came from God. Her source was God.

She was a woman with a purpose and destiny. She fulfilled purpose and achieved destiny.

The End SARS Protests

I have been quiet since the end sars movement started. Not because I didn’t want to speak but because I was hoping for it to culminate into something tangible and bring about the positive change that a lot of Nigerians desired. I remember having a conversation about it with someone and I prayed that it would not spiral out of control. I wanted a positive change but I wasn’t prepared for the cost of laying down lives because I sensed that it was going to get to that should the protesters expand their agitation to good governance. The powers that be would not surrender without a fight and they have the resources of the government on their side. They would claim that the protesters wanted to topple a “democratically elected” president. And that would make it illegal. And what is democratic about a president who has refused to listen to the cries of the people? In their short memory however, they have forgotten that this same president came into power for the first time in 1985 after a coup...
