THE USE OF PROFANITY

I was walking in a Nigerian University early one morning when I heard a female student greeting another student who was male as Hello Mother f....ker. And I was embarrased and ashamed to say the least.


I was expecting that in an institution of higher learning, there would be decorum as regards the manner in which students address and treat themselves.

Is that what is obtainable amongst our young people? Have we reduced being human beings to being beasts living out only on primitive instincts and urges such that such things are found amongst us?

Are we saying that we are tired of living with peaceful morals and that we prefer a free society where everyone can indulge in whatever he deems fit and we call that living?
We should be careful of the things we permit. It could have devastating effects on the very things that make us people.

My heart bleeds as I write this. I'm literally weeping as I pen this down but I know that there is hope. The existence of God tells me so. THE FIGHT AGAINST CORRUPTION IN THIS GOVERNMENT: REAL OR SELECTIVE

President Muhammadu Buhari's selling point coming into the 2015 general elections was his would-be fight against corruption which many Nigerians said was Nigeria's biggest problem and which the international community also said was Nigeria's bane of development. His reelection in 2019 also echoed the same thing although many Nigerians were of course saying they had seen his true colours. WAR ROOM

A beautiful movie showing us the love of God and His ever standing faithfulness to His children. Elizabeth and Tony Jordan were two  successful people who were religious but hadn't known what it was like for God to minister unto them. They had a big house, nice jobs, with Tony as a pharmaceutical salesman and Elizabeth as a realtor. They  had a daughter called Danielle. Despite the wealthy lifestyle, Tony was cold towards his family. He refused to give money to his wife's sister and was verbally abusive towards her.
